Below is an outline of the terms and conditions which apply to this website and the provision of hypnotherapy training. 

Privacy
Any information collected from you as a trainee or potential trainee, including your contact details will be held in the strictest confidence. The details that you disclose are used solely for the purpose of providing you, the trainee, with the highest levels of service. Your confidentiality and privacy will be respected at all times.

Disclaimer
This website is provided for information only and is not intended to replace a consultation with your GP or other healthcare professional. There is no guarantee of a cure can be given for any presenting issue or any issues which may become apparent during the course of therapy. You agree not to come to class under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs, except those medications prescribed by your doctor. If you do come to class under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs or demonstrate violent/abusive behaviour, the trainer reserves the right to cancel your training and refuse any further classes or training.
 
Clinical Hypnosis training programs are subject to the following refund policy:

• If the client withdraws from the nominated course at least ten working days before the first day of the course, they will receive a refund of the total course fee.
• If the client withdraws from the nominated course within five working days of the first day of the course, they will receive no refund of the course fee;
• However, to avoid the deductions, the client may nominate a replacement trainee transferring his/her registration at any time before the first day of the course.
• Clinical Hypnosis will refund all payments made by a client if the course is cancelled or course commencement is postponed by more than four weeks, unless alternative arrangements acceptable to the client can be made;
• All fees will be refunded by cheque.

In event of rescheduling or cancellation of a Clinical Hypnosis course:

• Clinical Hypnosis will refund any course fees paid by the client. The client may also choose to transfer his/her registration (of equal value) to any other Clinical Hypnosis course or to any other client attending a Clinical Hypnosis course without incurring any additional cost subject to the availability of space. Clinical Hypnosis will also try to accommodate alternative arrangements acceptable to the client.
• Clinical Hypnosis cannot be held responsible for any financial loss incurred by the client or its employer due to rescheduling or cancellation of any Clinical Hypnosis course.
