This is a 2 day introduction to hypnotherapy course. ( No experience of hypnosis is necessary ) The two full days will be about doing hypnosis so this means that the days will mostly consist of practical exercises and interaction.
You will recieve a Foundation Manual which contains all the techniques you will learn over the two days along with helpful tips and tricks for getting people to work with you. You will also receive access to our online training website so that you can view videos of the techniques you have learned.
